Our Story
House Mum was born from a line-in-the-sand moment. When Simone found herself as a single mum of five with no financial support, she made a promise: “I will provide for these kids on my own.”
On New Year’s Day 2020, the idea crystallised: “What if we had a cleaning business, but Mums come in and do the Mum things?” Not just cleaning, but all the household management that keeps family life running smoothly.
What started as a determination to survive became a vision to help other families thrive while providing a way for other stay-at-home mums to create financial stability and security for their families too.

To reduce daily life stress and give Australian families the most precious gift of all: time. We believe weekends should be for family adventures, not household chores. Evenings should be for connection, not cleaning.
